This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality transactions, advising both lenders and borrowers, while collaborating with a nationally recognised, multidisciplinary real estate practice.

THE ROLE:

  • You will manage a varied caseload of real estate finance matters, with the opportunity to gain exposure to wider areas within the Real Estate Investment, Funds and Finance team.
  • Working closely with Partners and colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in delivering commercially focused legal advice and supporting the continued growth of the team.
  • You will supervise more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from Real Estate Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE
  • Proven experience advising on real estate finance transactions
  • The ability to manage your own caseload independently
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
