An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to take on a strategic role within a well-established and successful team, advising a broad client base that includes commercial, institutional and private clients. On offer is the opportunity to manage complex and high-value matters and shape the direction of the practice. You will be leading and managing complex property disputes and advise clients from initial instruction through to resolution. In addition to undertaking fee earning responsibilities you will be supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
Suitable Property Litigation Solicitors will have at least 8 years PQE and practising rights. You will have a strong background in property litigation and be technically strong and commercially aware as well as possess the ability to confidently manage complex cases. Property Litigation Solicitors will have experience of advising across the broad remit of property disputes including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, commercial property disputes and residential and personal property matters. This opportunity would suit an existing partner or senior lawyer ready to step into partnership within a stable, well-resourced regional firm.
