The Opportunity

  • Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including:
    • Residential landlord and tenant disputes
    • Housing management work
    • Adverse possession claims
    • Restrictive covenant disputes
    • Dilapidations claims
    • Property condition disputes
    • Advising colleagues on complex property issues arising within transactional matters
    • Supporting landlords, tenants and organisational clients on a wide range of contentious property matters

About You

  • Are Newly Qualified up to 4 years' PQE
