A reputable residential property team is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary with a proven track record of working within a residential property team.

Location: Cambridge

Salary: Up to circa £27,000 depending on experience

The Role: Our client is currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary within residential conveyancing. The appointed Legal Secretary will provide support to fee earners and liaise with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to fee earners
  • Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face
  • Conducting searches
  • Audio copy typing
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with general administrative duties

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
