A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor into their thriving corporate commercial team in Cambridge.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500‑rated team. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload of corporate and commercial work, with a strong emphasis on corporate matters. Working closely alongside an experienced Partner, you will gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder and director matters, corporate structuring and LLP‑related work, as well as some commercial advisory matters. This position provides an excellent platform for an NQ solicitor looking to develop their technical expertise, client‑handling skills and commercial awareness within a supportive and well‑established team.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitors who have completed at least one seat in corporate or corporate‑commercial during their training contract. The successful candidate will have gained hands‑on exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and will be keen to build their career within a predominantly corporate‑focused role, while retaining some involvement in commercial work.
