This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to support the successful corporate team of a leading UK law firm. With an excellent salary and comprehensive benefits package on offer, this role provides an opportunity to play a key role in developing knowledge, best practice and training across a high-performing corporate practice.
The role involves:
- Driving continuous improvement across the team
- Developing and delivering training initiatives
- Monitoring and researching legislative and regulatory developments
- Capturing and sharing best practice
- Ensuring access to up-to-date technical resources, guidance and know-how
- Contributing to the firm's wider corporate strategy
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification, with an extremely strong background in corporate law. You will have excellent technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of corporate matters, with particular experience in one or more of the following areas: Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPOs and Corporate Restructuring. You will be proactive and commercially minded, with excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine interest in innovation, technology and the future development of legal service delivery is also essential.
The successful candidate will enjoy sharing knowledge and best practice and will be confident working with lawyers at all levels across the corporate team.
