This role offers exposure to a broad range of property disputes, with a particular focus on housing management and residential landlord and tenant matters. You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including: Housing management work Adverse possession claims Dilapidations claims Property condition disputes Advising colleagues on complex property issues arising within transactional matters Supporting landlords, tenants and organisational clients on a wide range of contentious property matters This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise while working with an established client base and a team recognised for delivering high-quality legal advice.
