Commercial Litigation Lawyer PQE: 5+ LOCATION: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a leading regional practice and take ownership of their own caseload from day one. The successful Commercial Litigation Lawyer will handle a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including a number of high-quality and complex cases. The role will involve advising clients across a broad spectrum of commercial and civil disputes, including: Property litigation Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, there will be an opportunity to contribute to the firm's continued growth through business development and networking activities. You will ideally be a Commercial Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and have experience across the full range of commercial litigation work. Contract disputes Property litigation Partnership disputes You will have built a strong reputation for providing high-quality advice across a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters. Ideally, you will already be well regarded within the local market and have developed your expertise within an established practice recognised for its commercial litigation offering. The ability and willingness to get involved in business development, networking and client relationship-building will also be important.
