This is a key role within a growing practice, offering high‑quality work, genuine responsibility and the support of a collaborative and well‑resourced team. Advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of family childcare matters, delivering expert guidance in complex and sensitive cases while contributing to the continued growth and profile of the team.
Responsible for a varied childcare caseload, including:
- Child arrangements orders and contact disputes
- Parental responsibility matters
- Adoption proceedings
- Emergency applications and protection orders
- Public law childcare proceedings
Advise and represent clients at court and tribunals, conducting advocacy where appropriate. Involved in business development activities and relationship building.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proactive, enthusiastic and experienced childcare lawyer with a strong reputation for client care and technical excellence.
- Childcare Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
- Significant experience in complex family childcare matters.
- Advocacy experience and confidence in court representation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and works well within a team environment.
