ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing private wealth team and play a key role in its continued development. You will manage a varied private client caseload while taking a strategic approach to developing the practice, building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and would suit a senior Lawyer who enjoys both quality client work and the opportunity to influence the direction of a developing team.

Your work will include wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, inheritance tax planning, lasting powers of attorney and wider private wealth advice. There will also be a strong focus on business development, with the successful candidate encouraged to develop existing relationships, build new connections with professional referrers and contribute to the profile and growth of the private wealth offering.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Private Client Solicitors with 8+ years' PQE and a strong track record across a broad range of private client matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload and advising clients independently, while also having the commercial awareness and ambition to contribute to the wider development of the practice. This role would particularly suit a senior Private Client Solicitor who is looking for genuine influence and the opportunity to help shape and grow a practice rather than simply taking on an established caseload.

THE FIRM:

The firm is developing its private wealth offering and provides an environment where experienced Lawyers can make a real contribution to the growth and direction of the practice. With a modern approach to working and a supportive culture, the firm offers genuine flexibility alongside the opportunity for senior Lawyers to develop their own client relationships and play a visible role in the continued success of the team.
