This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and businesses across multiple sectors.
THE ROLE:
- You will manage your own caseload while supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex insolvency and restructuring matters.
- The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and dispute-related work.
- You will be responsible for advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders, and directors, handling administrations, liquidations, CVLs, MVLs, and bankruptcies and managing insolvency-related disputes and recovery actions.
- Supporting business development and profile-raising activities.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from solicitors with 3+ years PQE in insolvency and restructuring work.
- Commercially aware and solutions-driven.
- Confident managing client relationships and files.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Keen to develop their specialism and progress their career.
