Corporate Finance Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol / Hybrid, 75,000+ (DOE) - We're looking for an experienced Corporate Associate to join a growing corporate team in Bristol. Applications are sought from Corporate Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE. You will have a strong grounding in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements and general company law. Genuine career progression on offer.
