This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded construction lawyer to take a leading role on high-quality transactional and advisory matters, working with a diverse client base across the construction sector.
THE ROLE:
- You will handle a broad range of non-contentious construction matters and support strategic client development initiatives.
- Advising on and drafting construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, framework agreements, and ancillary documents.
- Leading on complex and multi-party transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to their development.
- Actively contributing to client relationship management and new business development.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts.
