Real Estate Solicitor (FTC) 5+ PQE, Bristol, up to c. £80,000, 9-months fixed-term contract. Join a well-established healthcare-focused commercial property team on a fixed-term contract with a leading firm.
Overview
Seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor on a fixed-term contract to manage an established caseload covering acquisitions, disposals, real estate finance and development work. Handling a broad range of property matters, including freehold/leasehold transactions, reporting on title, certificates of title, and drafting advice notes. Providing corporate support on asset/share purchases and sales, including reviewing, amending and negotiating agreements and undertaking related due diligence. Advising on development projects and working collaboratively across departments as part of wider project teams. Ideally bringing experience with health or social care sector transactions, alongside strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and confidence in direct client contact. Building effective relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills, project management capability and a proactive approach.
