Manage a diverse caseload of family matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse, prenuptial agreements and various other family law affairs. Deliver high quality legal advice to clients, work alongside experienced practitioners and undertake both privately funded and legally aided work. The successful candidate will be a Family Solicitor with at least 3 years of post qualification experience coupled with a history of managing an independent family law caseload. Experience of undertaking legally aided family work and possess a sound understanding of Legal Aid procedures would be advantageous to the application process.
