Commercial Property Solicitor, 2–5 years' PQE, Bournemouth, 55,000+ (DOE), full time or part time opportunity – A new role for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team.
THE ROLE
This opportunity offers excellent exposure to high-quality matters and the opportunity to develop your career within a firm that genuinely invests in its people. You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include Landlord and tenant matters, Acquisitions and disposals and development work. Actively participating in business development, networking and marketing initiatives to grow your profile and help develop new and existing client relationships.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2–5 years' PQE
- Technically strong, organised and commercially aware
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Keen to develop your career within a supportive and ambitious team
