You will manage your own criminal defence caseload, representing clients from the earliest stages of proceedings through to court appearances while delivering practical, professional and client-focused legal advice. Participating in the out-of-hours Police Station rota. Conducting your own advocacy wherever appropriate. Undertaking networking and business development activities to generate new work and strengthen your local profile. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who can demonstrate: A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Criminal Law. Strong advocacy skills and confidence conducting your own hearings. A proactive, flexible and commercially minded approach to practice development.
