An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Specialist Real Estate Services team in Birmingham.
THE ROLE
- You will advise a broad client base including retailers, manufacturers, leisure operators, infrastructure companies and major corporate occupiers across a variety of sectors.
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, due diligence and certificates of title.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
- Work closely with partners on team management and client development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with sophisticated occupier clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues across wider real estate and corporate teams.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
- Strong experience in commercial property and corporate occupier work.
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent client management skills.
