SKILLS REQUIRED
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with minimum 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Confident handling a full caseload independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first approach.
- A strong team player with a willingness to supervise and support junior colleagues (previous experience in this area would be advantageous).
- Keen interest in business development and networking.
