  • The firm is accepting applications from qualified Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers.
  • The successful candidate will handle a variety of conveyancing matters, advising a diverse client base on complex and challenging situations.
  • The firm is seeking candidates with excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, along with the ability to manage cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • You must have demonstrable experience managing and overseeing your own caseload, responsible for freehold and leasehold matters, as well as shared ownership transactions.
  • You should be commercially astute, understanding, and capable of generating fees in line with agreed targets.
  • You will develop close relationships with clients and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the entire conveyancing process.
  • You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
