- You must have demonstrable experience managing and overseeing your own caseload, responsible for freehold and leasehold matters, as well as shared ownership transactions.
- You should be commercially astute, understanding, and capable of generating fees in line with agreed targets.
- You will develop close relationships with clients and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the entire conveyancing process.
