- This role offers a genuinely varied caseload covering the broad remit of real estate litigation.
- As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be dealing with a varied mix of property advisory and litigation work across complex commercial leasehold and freehold disputes.
- Typical work will include but is not limited to possession and forfeiture claims, lease renewals and rent reviews across the high court, county court, and tribunals, as well as the possibility to gain exposure to residential and agricultural litigation matters.
Applications are welcomed from Property Litigation Lawyers with at least 6+ years PQE gained within a firm renowned for their property litigation offerings. You will have gained hands-on real estate disputes experience and have experience of tribunals and court work.
