This impressive team works with high-profile clients across the retail, leisure, development, and public sectors, delivering strategic advice on a wide range of complex property disputes. You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include landlord and tenant litigation, investment and development-related disputes, and specialist areas. You will mentor/supervise more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for a new challenge.
- You will have experience of break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, land registration issues, lease renewals, possession claims, rent recovery, rights to light, service charge disputes, property-related insolvency, and restrictive covenants.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences.
- The ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment.
