This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a successful practice handling a high-quality and varied caseload, working alongside experienced lawyers and advising a strong client base.
The RoleYou will work on a broad range of commercial property disputes, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, funders and other property professionals.
Lease renewals and terminations.
Rent and service charge disputes.
Property-related contractual disputes.
General commercial property litigation.
About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have:3+ years' PQE in Property Litigation.
Strong experience dealing with commercial property disputes.
A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
You may currently be working as an Associate, Senior Associate or experienced Property Litigation Solicitor and be looking for a role offering high-quality work, excellent clients and genuine career progression.
