A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Associate with 3+ years' PQE to join its established and highly regarded team in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a successful practice handling a high-quality and varied caseload, working alongside experienced lawyers and advising a strong client base.
You will work on a broad range of commercial property disputes, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, funders and other property professionals:
- Lease renewals and terminations
- Rent and service charge disputes
- Property-related contractual disputes
- General commercial property litigation
Requirements:
- 3+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
- Strong experience dealing with commercial property disputes
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
