A new opportunity for an experienced Private Wealth & Tax Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Birmingham.
Applications are sought from Private Wealth & Tax Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE. You will have strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include:
- Estate and asset protection planning
- Drafting wills, including tax-efficient and trust-based structures
- Probate planning and estate administration
- Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
You will also supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members and participate in marketing and business development initiatives. STEP qualification would be advantageous.
It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
