The Role
Due to continued growth, the team is looking to appoint an experienced pensions solicitor to join a well-respected team. You will work closely with senior lawyers, take responsibility for client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing expansion of the practice. As the appointed Pensions Solicitor, you will be working on high-quality matters on behalf of trustees, employers and public sector bodies on pensions matters. The role offers a broad and interesting mix of work, including advising trustee and employer clients, supporting corporate transactions, and providing day-to-day pensions advice on ongoing schemes.
The Candidate
- You will have at least 3 years’ PQE gained within a reputable firm with a substantive pensions practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions law.
- A commercial, solution-focused approach to advice.
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in business development activities.
- Exposure to areas such as bulk annuities, public sector pensions, corporate support and scheme advisory work.
