We are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to become part of this established and growing team in Birmingham.

THE ROLE:

  • This impressive Court of Protection team acts for vulnerable individuals across the UK who are unable to manage their own financial affairs due to a lack of mental capacity.
  • As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will play an integral role in supporting clients and their families while managing a varied caseload.
  • Working predominantly on high-value personal injury and clinical negligence cases involving protected parties.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, family members, case managers, deputies and other professionals, delivering a compassionate and client-focused service.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care and building trusted client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team while managing your own caseload effectively.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for Court of Protection work.
