Litigation Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) – West Midlands – £40,000+ DOE – Job Ref: TL2861Are you a Newly Qualified Civil or Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? The RoleYou will join a highly respected Litigation team recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused solutions across a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes.

As a key member of the department, you will manage a varied and engaging caseload, including:

Complex possession and property disputes

Title rectification matters

Professional negligence claims

Trust and commercial disputes

General litigation and dispute resolution matters

You will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.

Skills & Experience Required

Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years\’ PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation

Proven ability to manage complex matters independently

Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail

A collaborative and proactive approach

Based in Cornwall or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle the region offers
