An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join the market-leading Affordable Housing team of this award-winning national law firm. Ranked by both Chambers UK and The Legal 500, this highly regarded practice advises some of the biggest names in the affordable housing sector on complex, high-value development and investment projects.

THE ROLE:

Joining one of the UK's largest and most respected Housing, Development & Regeneration teams, you will advise an outstanding client base of registered providers, institutional investors, developers and public sector organisations on a broad range of affordable housing transactions. You will work on high-profile matters including acquisitions and disposals, Section 106 transactions, development agreements, grant funding arrangements, portfolio acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate support work and institutional investment into the affordable housing sector. Working closely with colleagues across planning, construction, finance, tax and corporate teams, you will play a key role in delivering commercially focused advice on some of the sector's most significant projects.

With continued investment in the team and a buoyant market driven by increased investment and government-backed housing initiatives, this is an exciting opportunity to join a practice offering excellent quality work and genuine long-term career prospects. Applications are sought from Solicitors with a minimum of six years' PQE gained within affordable housing, residential development, commercial property or a related real estate discipline. You will possess strong technical skills, commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for building long-term client relationships.
