THE ROLE:As Head of Planning, you will lead and develop the firm's planning offering across Birmingham and the wider Midlands. Acting for a diverse client base including national developers, housebuilders, landowners, local authorities, investors and commercial organisations, you will advise on all aspects of planning law, including planning applications, strategic land, Section 106 agreements, highways agreements, compulsory purchase, judicial review and major regeneration projects.Working alongside highly regarded real estate, construction and environmental teams, you will be responsible for driving business development, mentoring junior lawyers and implementing the strategic growth plans for the practice.Applications are welcomed from established Planning Partners or ambitious Legal Directors looking to step into their first Partnership leadership role.
