Working within the FP&A team, you will act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, delivering high‑quality financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting. You will support strategic decision‑making through robust financial modelling, investment appraisals and scenario planning, while identifying financial risks and opportunities across the business. The role will see you leading the budgeting and forecasting process for a range of Business Services functions, producing insightful management information and developing meaningful KPIs to drive performance. You will work closely with Directors across Finance, HR, IT, Business Development and Operations, providing commercial challenge and supporting key strategic initiatives. In addition, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, planning capability and financial systems, while mentoring junior members of the FP&A team.
Applications are invited from qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong experience within Financial Planning & Analysis or Finance Business Partnering. You will possess excellent analytical and financial modelling skills together with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and commercially focused manner. Previous experience within the legal or wider professional services sector would be advantageous, although candidates from other complex, multi‑stakeholder environments will also be considered. You will be a confident relationship builder, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge. Experience of financial planning systems such as SAP, TM1, Planful or similar would be beneficial.
