This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor with a strong background in publicly funded work, covering both matrimonial and childcare matters, to join a supportive team and take on a varied and rewarding caseload. The successful candidate will have experience handling a broad range of family matters, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings, private and public children matters, care proceedings and related issues. Experience in legal aid work is essential, together with the ability to manage a busy caseload and deliver a high standard of client care. Handling matrimonial matters, including divorce and financial remedy work. Dealing with childcare matters, including care proceedings and children disputes. A minimum of 5 years' PQE in family law. Strong experience in publicly funded work and legal aid matters.
