Permanent Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Claimant), NQ+ Years PQE, Birmingham / Hybrid, Competitive (DOE) - A new role for an ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. You will join one of the largest and most successful Clinical Negligence teams in the country, acting for individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of medical negligence. • Working alongside recognised specialists in the field, you will manage your own caseload of claimant matters, with the level of autonomy and complexity tailored to your experience. • Cases range from moderate injury claims through to catastrophic injury, brain injury, birth injury and fatal claims.SKILLS REQUIRED:• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors (NQ through to Associate and Partner level) and Legal Executives with experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters. • Flexible and agile working arrangements to promote work-life balance.• Genuine opportunities for career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.At eNL we value diversity and inclusion.
