A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a talented Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Defendant EL/PL Solicitor to join its market‑leading Insurance team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a nationally recognised practice acting on behalf of insurers, major corporate organisations and public sector clients.

You'll manage a varied caseload of employers' liability and public liability matters, handling both litigated and pre‑litigated claims while gaining exposure to complex, high‑value personal injury cases. Working alongside experienced partners and leading insurance specialists, you'll receive exceptional mentoring and support, allowing you to develop your technical expertise and progress your career within a collaborative and forward‑thinking team.

Applications are welcomed from solicitors who have gained defendant personal injury experience during their training contract or since qualification. Previous exposure to EL/PL claims would be advantageous, although candidates with broader defendant insurance litigation experience who are looking to specialise in EL/PL will also be considered.
