As a Professional Support Lawyer, you will drive excellence in legal service delivery, lead knowledge and innovation initiatives and support the development of our lawyers while strengthening client relationships and market positioning.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training, mentoring and professional development initiatives across the practice.
- Support members of the commercial property team on complex legal issues and best practice.
- Lead the firm’s commercial property knowledge management strategy, including legal resources, precedents and market insights.
- Drive thought leadership and support client engagement and relationship management initiatives.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE looking for a new challenge.
- Proven experience in knowledge management, precedent drafting and legal technology.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
