Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of defendant catastrophic injury claims from inception to resolution
- Handle high-value, complex claims involving brain/spinal injuries, amputations and other serious injuries
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on significant cases
- liaise with insurers and corporate clients to support matter strategy and settlements
- Demonstrate strong technical/analytical skills to advise on complex legal issues
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
