THE ROLE:
- You will join a busy Residential Property team, managing your own varied caseload of matters ranging from high-volume conveyancing to more complex, bespoke transactions.
- Deliver high-quality legal advice with a commercial and client-focused approach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
- Build your professional profile and network within the local market.
- Supervise more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
- You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
