This strategic appointment offers the chance to head a successful team, work alongside nationally recognised specialists and play a key role in the continued growth of one of the firm's core commercial practice areas.
THE ROLE: As Head of Banking Finance, you will take responsibility for leading a busy and well-established practice advising an impressive client base of banks, alternative lenders, financial institutions, corporate borrowers, developers and investors.
You will advise on a broad range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisition finance, real estate finance, development finance, refinancing, asset-based lending and corporate banking matters.
Working closely with colleagues across the firm's corporate, real estate, restructuring and insolvency teams, you will deliver commercially focused advice on complex, high-value transactions while driving the continued growth of the Birmingham practice.
You will also play a pivotal role in developing client relationships, winning new work, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the firm's wider national banking strategy.
