Une organisation internationale recherche un(e) Juriste d’entreprise expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre son équipe juridique interne performante. Il s’agit d’un poste clé destiné à un(e) avocat(e) commercial(e) senior appréciant le travail en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles et la gestion de contrats complexes et à forte valeur ajoutée.
Le/La Juriste sera responsable de la négociation et de la rédaction d’un large éventail de contrats commerciaux, notamment des contrats de vente, d’approvisionnement et de concession, avec une attention particulière portée aux sujets liés à la France. Ce poste requiert un solide sens des affaires, une grande autonomie ainsi que la capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes dans un environnement international dynamique.
Principales responsabilités :- Piloter les négociations et rédiger des contrats commerciaux complexes pour les clients et les fournisseurs
- Conseiller les équipes opérationnelles sur les risques juridiques et proposer des solutions pragmatiques et orientées business
- Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes et les équipes juridiques à travers l’Europe
- Gérer son activité de manière autonome tout en respectant des délais serrés et évolutifs
- Avocat(e) qualifié(e) (minimum 7 ans d’expérience) dans une juridiction de droit civil européenne
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, avec une expérience significative sur des dossiers ou contrats liés à la France
- Solide expérience en rédaction et négociation de contrats commerciaux
- Esprit commercial, sens du détail et capacité à travailler avec une supervision limitée
