AGRICULTURAL SOLICITOR:

Key responsibilities include, advising clients on agriculture and rural affairs, including land, tenancy, and succession matters. Managing property transactions for agricultural and rural clients, ensuring due diligence in all areas. Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Providing guidance on regulatory, planning, and compliance issues affecting rural properties. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service. Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal advice.

Keeping up to date with changes in agriculture, rural law, and property legislation. Undertaking any research necessary to give correct advice. Achieving time and billing targets. Managing a varied caseload whilst being flexible to changing demands. Ensuring client matters are progressed in an effective way and files are kept in good order. You will be a team player within the group and firm as a whole. Efficient, well organised and timely.
