THE ROLE:
Handling a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, you will be joining a respected firm with a strong client base and a varied, high-quality caseload.

As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will be advising on all types of commercial property including landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management, property finance, commercial development and acquisitions and disposals.

The team’s client base is diverse and includes developers, landowners, businesses and investors.

In addition to handling your own caseload you will be working closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider teams as well as contribute to the firms continued growth and development of the property team.

THE CANDIDATE:
As the chosen Commercial Property Solicitor, you will possess a broad and strong commercial property background with experience of managing complex transactions and client relationships.

You will have at least 15 years’ PQE, be an experienced and commercially focused lawyer, confident in managing complex transactions and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
