The Opportunity
A highly regarded South West law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its well-established Agriculture & Land team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor or Legal Executive to become part of a thriving practice known for its strong reputation within the agricultural and rural sector.

The team acts for a diverse range of clients, including farmers, landowners, rural businesses, landed estates, and developers across Somerset and the wider South West.

The Role
You will advise clients on a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters, including:

  • Sales and acquisitions of farms, estates and rural land
  • Agricultural tenancies and related matters
  • Rural land development and diversification projects
  • Agricultural finance and secured lending transactions
  • Succession planning support
  • General rural property and land management issues

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years' PQE and experience within agricultural, rural property or commercial property law.

The successful candidate will demonstrate
