A leading Private Client team is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor into a senior role, providing the successful candidate with a wealth of opportunities.
THE ROLE:
As the appointed Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will be managing a varied caseload of private client matters and be expected to provide a high-quality and client-focused service. The role will involve dealing with an existing caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate and succession planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The client base is varied and includes high net worth individuals, families, and agricultural clients. You will be expected to build and develop the private client offerings and possess the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Working collaboratively with colleagues and the wider team you will be expected to contribute to the continued development and growth of the private client team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Private Client Solicitors with strong technical expertise and a commercial, client-focused approach. You will have at least 8 years PQE, and extensive private client experience gained within a leading regional law firm. You will have well-rounded knowledge of various private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and estate planning. You will be expected to manage your own caseload of matters and be able to build relationships as well as continue to grow the practice. You will possess excellent communication and relationship management skills together with the ability to handle complex and high-value private client matters confidently and sensitively. Candidates should also demonstrate enthusiasm for networking, business development and helping to grow a successful private client offering. This role would suit an ambitious senior lawyer seeking a fresh opportunity with genuine autonomy, progression, and the ability to make a real impact within a growing office.
