The Role You will work on a varied and high-quality caseload, advising HNW and UHNW clients on a broad range of private wealth matters, including: Trust creation, administration and restructuring. Inheritance Tax and estate planning. Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax considerations. Lifetime gifting and succession planning. Trust and estate taxation. Family wealth structuring. Business succession and shareholder planning. Agricultural and business property relief. Wills and wider estate planning. Complex estates and tax-driven structures.
