The Role You will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, acting for clients across a range of often complex and sensitive circumstances. Your work is likely to include: Divorce and separation Financial remedy matters Private children work Cohabitation and separation agreements Pre- and post-nuptial agreements Complex matrimonial finance High-value and higher-net-worth family matters Domestic abuse-related matters where appropriate You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload, develop strong client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the Family team.
