OVERVIEW
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning and wider estate planning.
- Handle matters from initial instruction through to completion, providing clear, practical and sensitive advice while maintaining excellent client care.
- Take ownership of your own caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative team.
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced private client Fee Earners with relevant experience in wills, probate and estate administration.
- Experience in Lasting Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax and estate planning would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills are essential, together with a proactive and professional approach.
- Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered, offering flexibility around individual circumstances.
