Job Ref: TL5186 • Join an established and growing Corporate Commercial team, advising a diverse range of businesses from owner-managed companies and SMEs through to larger corporate organisations. • You will handle a broad and varied caseload a of corporate and commercial matters, providing practical, commercially focused advice and building strong relationships with clients. • Responsibilities will include advising on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. • You will also have the opportunity to draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, licensing, consultancy and trading agreements. • Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with experience in Corporate Commercial Law.
