Personal Injury Barrister, 2+ Years Experience, Birmingham, Β£75,000+ (DOE) β We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Personal Injury Barrister to join a growing practice in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation and will be comfortable handling a broad range of high-value and complex claims, from initial advice through to trial.REF:5226.
THE ROLE:
β’ Advising on liability, quantum and evidential issues
β’ Managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters
β’ Working closely with solicitors and professional clients
β’ Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
β’ Contributing to the continued growth of the practice
SKILLS REQUIRED:
β’ Qualified Barrister with a strong personal injury practice
β’ Has substantial advocacy and litigation experience
β’ Is commercially aware and client-focused
β’ Can demonstrate excellent analytical and written advocacy skills
β’ Works effectively with solicitors and other professional clients
β’ Is keen to develop their practice and play an active role in a growing team
