An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Non-Contentious Construction Partner to join the Birmingham office of a leading international law firm. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded construction practice and play a key role in the continued development of the firm's offering across Birmingham and the wider regional market.
This is a strategic hire for the firm and would suit an established Partner with a strong reputation in the market, an existing client following and the ability to develop further business. You will advise a broad range of clients on complex and high-value non-contentious construction matters, whilst working closely with colleagues across the firm's national and international network.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an established Non-Contentious Construction Partner with a strong market profile.
- Have extensive experience advising on construction and engineering projects, development and associated agreements.
- Have an established client following and a proven track record of generating work.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the Birmingham and wider Midlands market.
- Have strong relationships with developers, contractors, funders, investors and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent business development and networking skills.
- Be commercially astute and confident in developing both existing and new client relationships.
