At Enky, we’re rethinking how businesses design and furnish their workspaces — and we’re growing fast in the UK. We’re now looking for a UK-native Sales Development Representative who lives on the phone, understands British business culture, and knows how to turn cold conversations into red-hot opportunities for our Account Executives. This is a front-line sales role. You’ll be the voice of Enky in the UK market and a key driver of our revenue engine.
The Role
As our SDR for the UK, you’ll own outbound prospecting from first touch to qualified meeting. You’ll speak daily with office managers, founders, property developers, finance leaders, and ops teams — uncovering needs, challenging the status quo, and booking high-quality meetings for our AE team.
If you love:
- Picking up the phone
- Handling objections with confidence
- Turning “not interested” into “tell me more”
…this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to UK prospects (this is phone-first, always)
- Run targeted outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads using clear discovery frameworks (budget, timing, decision-makers)
- Spark curiosity and clearly articulate Enky’s value in under 60 seconds
- Book high-intent discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Keep CRM spotless and up to date
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to refine UK-specific messaging
- Share call insights, objections, and wins with the wider revenue team
Must-haves
- Native or near‑native English speaker with deep UK cultural understanding
- 3–5+ years experience as an SDR / BDR / outbound sales rep (B2B)
- Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Strong phone presence — confident, sharp, and credible
- Comfortable speaking with senior UK stakeholders
- Highly organised, resilient, and metrics‑driven
- Self‑starter mindset — you don’t wait to be told who to call
Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience selling into UK SMEs, scale‑ups, or enterprise
- Background in real estate, proptech, office services, furniture, or interiors
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
